Our first journal entry

This is absolutely incredible, symbolic, and even ironic to be writing our very first journal entry on the eve of our nation’s most cherished holiday- Independence Day. Only a handful of months ago, the R.I.P.P.E.D.™ fitness formats were ideas on paper that stemmed from our collective passion to serve people through this life changing instrument called health and fitness.

The rich diversity in not only our heritage, but also the people we surround ourselves with, the music we listen and teach to, and the broad range of fitness experience we’ve gathered through each of our journeys.
