What’s going on with the R.I.P.P.E.D. Challenge?

This week everyone is meeting with Chuck Rudolph, MEd, RD, (our nutritionist) for their first round of measurements and pinches, and to get their meal plans. 

 

We can’t wait to officially start the Challenge on October 1st. There has already been some trash talking going on between the teams. It’s obvious that we’ve got some pretty competitive folks in the group. As part of the motivation to keep everyone focused on their goals, there will be team and individual awards given at the end of the Challenge to those that show biggest results. Nothing like adding fuel to the fire!

 

Not only do we want this to be an experience that only the participants can partake in, but we want you, the non-participants, to follow the group throughout the entire Challenge. Therefore, we are encouraging everyone to use the R.I.P.P.P.E.D. USA Journal as the source for information sharing. All participants will be encouraged to post questions, updates, advice/tips, etc. during the entire month of October.

    Congrats again to all of the teams, you are going to have a blast next month losing pounds and inches, and learning how to eat cleaner, more nutritious foods.

    Ha!Ha! – Gold Diggers are not in the habit of trash talking mere mortals beneath us – We’re just gonna sit back and watch you guys duke it out – come October 1st is when Gold Diggers are gonna show our true colors, action speaks louder then words!

    I can’t wait to get started on the next challenge. Participating in the team vs team challenge is certain to be eventful. I’m really excited for everyone that has dared to take this on. This definitely requires committment but it’s a lot easier with all the amazing support you will have. Having a whole team of people getting in shape with you and backing you up just adds to your own strength. In the next 30 days we’re going to have fun pushing and testing ourselves and our bodies. For some of us the biggest challenge will be the test against our old habits. And for the Blue and Orange teams, the biggest challenge will be the Gold Team!

    I was a pleasure metting all of you this week. So far 13 have their nutrition plans and 6 more tonight so we are over half way complete with the nutrition experience. As I have stated this is an education not just a 4 week fix. This is HOW TO EAT in your lifestyle, what to do in certain circumstances and learn that food is good. Any food at anytime can be incorporated, its all about balancing insulin levels.
