HOWEVER, we are not on a calorie plan nor training program to look like the incredible hulk either....In the long run more lean muscle mass is the best for continued fat burning.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s encouraging to hear that everyone is thinking what I am.  Even though I know not to worry about the scale, it&#039;s hard to let it go completely.  I gained 1 lb this week and I was worried that this routine didn&#039;t have enough cardio compared to my typical routine, but my measurements showed that I&#039;m losing body fat and gaining lots of muscle.  I can&#039;t argue with losing 5 inches in 2 weeks especially while eating avocados, cheese, and chocolate-dusted almonds. :) Thanks for the continuing encouragement Anna-Rita, Terry, and Alex!</description>

		<description>This program is amazing!  It&#039;s as simple as that!  I can&#039;t believe the results I&#039;ve gotten in such a short period of time and i&#039;m not new to working out!  Thank you to all the trainers for adding me at the last minute and to Chuck for expediting my diet info so that I could get started right away.  I just finished up one of the two busiest work weeks for me (LA Fashion Week shows) and the pressure (positive kind of course!), committment and knowing I had to see Chuck for measurements each week got my tired booty in the gym.  I did miss one day because I&#039;ve also been sick all week but I was so anxious to get right back as soon as my fever went away.  Thank you again for all the encouragement and feedback!!  I can&#039;t wait to really kill it when i&#039;m feeling 100% again.</description>

		<description>Thanks Alex - I was a slightly worried Tuesday night when I got measured because my numbers were not even close to the week before and I have been sticking to the food perfectly. I am feeling a lot stronger though and that is so important. I am so used to looking at numbers, and I have not focused on the fact that I am in so much better shape now and my fitness level has improved immensely. Obviously there is more to it than just numbers and I had to remind myself of that. I can make it through class so much easier now than I could just two months ago. I didn&#039;t say it was &quot;easy&quot;, just &quot;easier&quot; than before. It still kicks my butt, not just as hard. :-)  It feels so good to see and feel these kinds of results in such a short period of time. Thank you guys!</description>
