Tired of working out to those old Kickboxing formats in a group exercise setting?? Want something new and fresh that will really kick your butt into shape? Well here you go…our very own Terry Shorter is bringing it back to Renaissance ClubSport…. R.I.P.P.E.D. KO (aka, Cardio Kickbox). Starting on Thursday, November 6th, at 9am, and every Thursday morning, Terry will be teaching a high energy total body workout that includes kickboxing drills following our R.I.P.P.E.D. format. Why wouldn’t you want to try it out…..

I love Terry’s cardio kickboxing and can’t wait to see what he comes up with for RIPPED KO! Will Anna-Rita and Alex be making an appearance??
