Muscular “Strength” Training VS Muscular “Endurance” Training

Having a blast in Walnut Creek

Well, the team has just finished two back to back workouts of R.I.P.P.E.D., The One Stop Body Shock at the Renaissance ClubSport. Feedback has been incredibly positive and the Walnut Creek members, instructors and staff have been warm, welcoming and enthusiastic about the format and our group.
