WOODBURY TAKES R.I.P.P.E.D. TO ST. THOMAS

Certified Instructor Erin Woodbury is not only the first instructor to become certified, but the first to take this format out of the country.

Growing up near the beach in Orange County Erin was exposed to outdoor fitness at an early age. She grew up lifeguarding, swimming and competing all over Calif. and Europe and cannot remember a time when physical activity was not part of her daily routine. She earned her Master’s degree in Education and wrote her thesis on the benefits of physical education for lifelong fitness in school-aged children. More »
