Walking is a great exercise all on its own. It’s perfect for most any fitness level and doesn’t require any special equipment.

Plyometrics? It’s a type of exercise designed to improve agility and performance. Depending on your desired goal it is to help you jump higher, throw further, run faster or hit harder. Plyometric exercises use explosive movements to develop muscular power. Plyometric training acts on the nerves, muscles, and tendons to increase power output without necessarily increasing maximum strength.
