Day 3- The Pre-R.I.P.P.E.D. Challenge

Day 2- Pre- R.I.P.P.E.D. Challenge

Day 2 was smooth like butter!  Non-Fat, low in cholesterol, high in nutrient butter of course.  Checked the scale in the morning and dropped 3 lbs. since we weighed in.  It’s amazing how a solid fitness format coupled with an easy-to-follow diet and nutrition program can deliver results so quickly.  I can’t wait to see the rest …
