The Weekend Wrap-up!

What an amazing weekend we had in Northern California at the Renaissance ClubSport in Walnut Creek and ClubSport in Fremont to have an opportunity to showcase our very own R.I.P.P.E.D. group exercise format. The response we got from this trip far exceeded our expectations. Out of the 3 classes that we taught, the studios were jammed packed with participants taking R.I.P.P.E.D. for the very first time and the feedback was incredible. More »

Having a blast in Walnut Creek

Well, the team has just finished two back to back workouts of R.I.P.P.E.D., The One Stop Body Shock at the Renaissance ClubSport. Feedback has been incredibly positive and the Walnut Creek members, instructors and staff have been warm, welcoming and enthusiastic about the format and our group.
