<p>Well, the team has just finished two back to back workouts of R.I.P.P.E.D., <em><a href="http://www.rippedusa.com">The One Stop Body Shock</a> </em>at the Renaissance ClubSport. Feedback has been incredibly positive and the Walnut Creek members, instructors and staff have been warm, welcoming and enthusiastic about the format and our group.</p>
<p><span id="more-434"></span></p>
<p>We&#8217;ve enjoyed sharing the breakdown of Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and integrated Diet &amp; nutrition. The energy from R.I.P.P.E.D. owners/instructors Terry Shorter and Alex Isaly have been off the hook and infectious.</p>
<p>&#8220;Two classes down and it was unbelievable,&#8221; said a pumped Isaly.&#8221;It exceeded my expectations. The energy was palpable. During our first class, we packed the studio. We had well over 60 people and we could not have gotten better feedback from the experience today.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;I thought it was great,&#8221; said <a href="http://http://http://www.renaissanceclubsport.com/walnut-creek/home.do" onclick="pageTracker._trackPageview('/outgoing/http_//http_//www.renaissanceclubsport.com/walnut-creek/home.do?referer=');">Walnut Creek</a> Wellness Director Helen. &#8220;It was definitely high-energy and different from a lot of the group exercise classes that are out there right now. I thought the three instructors brought a lot to the class; all three of them had great energy and kept it going. Plus, it was a good combination of weights, cardio and plyometrics. Overall, I thought it was a good class.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;I thought R.I.P.P.E.D. was a great workout. It was very fun,&#8221; comments Walnut Creek Yoga instructor and personal trainer Ali. &#8220;Lots of energy, good music and like they said at the beginning, you shock your body &#8230; I really enjoyed it.&#8221;</p>
