R.I.P.P.E.D. Instructor Training in February and March

We just scheduled our next 3 Instructor Training Courses in Central California and Louisiana in February and March. If you want to become a trained instructor so you can teach the hottest new fitness format or just want to learn more about R.I.P.P.E.D. then come to one of  these courses. R.I.P.P.E.D. Season 4 Launch…Shocking the Masses

All we can say is wow!!  What an unbelievable day of the R.I.P.P.E.D. Season 4 launch!!!  Not only did we have a record turn-out, but it was a day packed full of a new challenges, friends and fun!!!  More than 200 people packed into the gym at Renaissance Club Sport in Aliso Viejo.  Terry and Alex led the way to teaching the moves to another power packed season of R.I.P.P.E.D.  Now talk about shocking the body, Season 4 had everyone pushing their strength, endurance and finding the raw power within to get the job done.  It was a tough, but effective workout.  Just from the day alone, it’s easy to see it won’t be long before the results start to appear…holding true to the concept of R.I.P.P.E.D. Get Loose with the Juice

The ABC Elixir

Eat Cleaner Insight. Beets are an incredible blood tonic and natural cleanser for the liver.  This combo is rich in vitamins beta carotene, zinc, vitamin C, and chromium, excellent for boosting carbohydrate metabolism.

Makes approx. 14 ounces

1 green or golden apple cut into slices

1/2 small uncooked beet

5 celery stalks, ends trimmed

1/2 lemon, peeled

1/2- to 1-inch piece ginger root, peeled

In a juicer, push through apple, beet, celery, lemon, and ginger. Stir the juice and pour into a glass. Serve at room temperature or chilled, as desired. More »

Get Jiggy with the Juice by Eat Cleaner

Growing up in a warm country, a prerequisite for a blistering hot day – about 10 months out of the year –was to pay a visit to the juice bar around the corner from our flat.  The proprietor would stack the counters up with colorful pyramids of oranges, beets, mangoes, guavas and pomegranates, depending on what was in season.  Vases filled with rods of sugar cane and long carrots anchored the artful arrangements to create an edible landscape.   More »
