Rossie comes to the RIPPED Team with 20 years of experience in Group Fitness. She currently teaches several formats from RIPPED to Pilates. Rossie holds several National Fitness Certifications and now is a Master Trainer for RIPPED certifying instructors across the country and international. She is also a Group X Coordinator. Rossie is a wife and mother of two beautiful daughters.

pauline BROWN
Expertise: R.I.P.P.E.D., Personal Training, Group Fitness, Cycling
Master Trainer Pauline Brown is the owner of LIFT-4U (Life Improvement Fitness Training). She has over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. As a group fitness instructor, she has taught classes including boot camp, zumba, indoor cycle, strength training, and a myriad of other programs with great success and enjoys a tremendous following. Her successful personal training practice is dedicated to the pursuit of helping her clients live a healthier life in both body and mind through fitness. Injury recovery, improved body composition, and sport/activity specific training are just a few of the customized programs that Pauline has developed for her clients. Pauline’s credentials are not only numerous, but show an absolute commitment and passion for being the best that she can be for her clients and students alike.

Master Trainer Monica January brings more than 18 years of expertise in the fitness industry as a Group X Instructor and Personal Trainer. She has instructed a variety of classes including: R.I.P.P.E.D., Body Conditioning, Turbo Kick Boxing, Yoga, Indoor Cycling, Body Pump, and Step. She enjoys motivating, inspiring, and helping her students to fulfill their fitness goals. Monica fulfulled a life long dream when she became a Master Trainer for R.I.P.P.E.D. and has thoroughly enjoyed traveling all over the U.S. meeting and training the newest members of the R.I.P.P.E.D. Team.

randi MOSER
Randi Moser has lived in the East San Francisco Bay Area area for most of her life. She is a mother of three and has been married almost 20 years. For sixteen of those years, she has been a group fitness instructor, teaching a wide variety of formats throughout her long career and holding numerous certifications. She currently teaches Zumba, cycle, and is a Master Trainer for R.I.P.P.E.D. She has always loved being active and sharing her love of fitness, and as Master Trainer, she's been able to do so on a much grander scale. Her knowledge of the mechanics of exceptional choreography, blended with her desire to continually push her students to new heights, has her classes full of men and women flocking to see how she's going to up the ante.

teresa Sorensen
Expertise: R.I.P.P.E.D, Group Fitness, Dance
Teresa's passion for fitness evolved out of her involvement in dance as a young girl. She began her career in Group exercise in 2004 as a step instructor after the birth of her second child, to help improve her own level of wellness and to have more energy to keep up with the demands of being a mom. During her 7 years as a certified fitness instructor, Teresa has taught a spectrum of classes from indoor cycling, strength and interval training to a variety of dance-based formats including hip-hop and Zumba. Locally, Teresa's involvement in health and fitness has earned her some features in the news, including The Central Valley Today Show, Great Day with Kopi, and the Visalia Times Delta. Recently, Teresa was also chosen as a fit model for In Shape City Health Clubs. The two things Teresa loves most about group exercise are the camaraderie people develop when they workout together and it's ability to reduce stress. When Teresa isn't teaching classes at the gym, you will find her working part-time as a pharmaceutical rep and enjoying time with her husband and three kids.

erin WOODBURY
Expertise: Group Exercise, R.I.P.P.E.D., Pilates, Nutrition, 30-Day Challenge Management
A lifelong competitive swimmer and lifeguard, Erin grew up with a passion for fitness and developed a work ethic that earned her a place on the U.S. World Lifesaving Competition Team, where she traveled to Europe to compete against the most elite lifeguards in the world. After college she began teaching group fitness classes and became certified in Pilates, Step, Cycling, Resist-A-Ball and Aeroboxing, just to name a few. While writing her thesis for her Masters degree in Education, Erin discovered, “Physical Education for Lifelong Fitness,” which promotes sports and activities for children that will foster a lifelong love of exercise. This too became a passion and led to a specialty certification in Children’s Fitness, followed by two certifications in nutrition. Erin spent a year as a creative movement teacher in the Virgin Islands before relocating to Georgia in 2010, where she currently teaches four R.I.P.P.E.D. classes and one Pilates class per week, in addition to traveling twice monthly to conduct certifications as a R.I.P.P.E.D. Master Trainer. Erin is a wife and mother to two amazing kids, ages 9 and 5.
